To conceptualize, design, develop, implement, support :SAP-FI- Financials (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Assets, Banking, General Ledger),SAP-CO- Controlling (Product Costing, Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, COPA)SAP-FM- Funds Management (Budgeting and Availability control) SAP FICO :To implement best practices in business processes. To enforce data standardization (to reduce software maintenance costs). To integrate well with new technologies or systems of acquired companies. Optimization and enhancement of the current running applications and modification as per changing business process. To provide right information at the right time to take crucial decisions.Provide professional guidance through performance management, training and coaching etc to core module users and regular trainings for other users.Complete related documentation for the changes in software and new product developments.Analytical and trouble shooting skills. Good written and oral communication skills for conducting sessionsMaintain existing applications in FI,CO & FMChange Management Daily WO status monitoring Effective Utilisation of systemNew initiatives & Projects in FI,CO & FM ( New Companies/plants/ projects) Do feasability Study Prepare Functional Specs Prepare Testing Cases UAT ImplementationSystem Effectiveness in FI,CO & FMProvide comprehensive training for internal customer.Poka Yoke POOGIStandardisation Customising through standard SAP scenarios Removal of redundant z programs. Consolidation of z programsMIS Online management information Reports Daily/Weekly/Monthly AnalyticsIdentify/Implement areas of potential automation/optimizationCreate awareness & motivate subordinates through meetings & training manuals
