Job Description

Overall responsible for fabric sourcing, development, production and delivery of Trims or Fabrics.
To negotiate and provide workable / feasible options for any bottle necks.
To maintain & initiate Vendor Relationship Management.
Interpret trend ideas and apply them to create fabric specifications. Working on fabric specifications and well versed with unit conversions.
Awareness and implementation of various requirements of different renowned customers in terms analyzing fabric for basic physical properties and decide approval/rejection.
Fabric Sourcing: Sourcing Fabric from different manufacturing sectors in India/Abroad, Coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries of the same.
Evaluation of mill infrastructure and calculation of mill capacity.
Monitoring fabric development, production and quality from multiple facilities.
To provide customers and the management regular updates on sourcing / product status and programs.
