Compensation & Benefits a. Oversee the administration of key reward processes like annual compensation review, variable pay, sales incentive plan, rewards & recognition, grievances handling etc. by providing common framework, protocols and procedures across the organisation (covering some group companies as well).Initiate and Roll out Salary bench marking Surveys/Compensation Framework in line with business needs for competitive positioning. Evaluate, Design and Upgrade benefits/variable pay/incentive/bonus plans based on functional and business needs.Accountable for Payroll & Benefits administration and processingBe knowledgeable and current on matters relating to C&B in India. Performance ManagementEnsure compliance of the Performance Management process as per Trident policy, calendar, definitions, and changes. Ensure all Internal /External Audits relating to Performance Management Process, are tracked and fully compliant.Data-mining of all Performance Management Records, and reports circulated intra/ inter department across Trident.Develop a robust and streamlined process for "managing underperformers, and capability Issues "across all functions at Trident.Endeavour to establish clear linkages between HR tools like incentive programs, talent management, role profiles , Job evaluation , IJP and Promotion PolicyReward and Recognition ProgramsCreate Corporate Recognition Programs at TridentMaintain strong budgetary controls and tracking mechanism w.r.t. R&R Budgets.Collaborate with Corporate Affairs team to plan out the annual activity / Internal-communication calendar pertaining to R&R.Create awareness and branding of recognition initiatives rolled out by rewards teamActively engage with senior leadership and colleagues to develop better recognition plans & collect feedbackTo conceptualize new and cutting edge recognition programs/ practices at TridentProject manage Performance Development Assessment {semi-annual} CyclesGather market Information, Industry practices on innovative reward & recognition programs / tools that can be deployed to engage and motivate employees.Oversee the In-Cycle, Off Cycle Promotion Cycles, and progression process policy, and apply adequate controls wherever, necessary.Preparation of Management Information: publish executive reports, dashboards, trackers, and data to support new and existing initiatives, and performance management data.
