Job Description
Minimum 10 years experience in a manufacturing facility under the capacity of a General Manager, Production Manager, Quality Manager, Systems Manager, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer etc. Responsibilities will include monitoring day to day production and dispatch of materials to customers, production planning, auditing daily, weekly, monthly MIS Reports, customer relationship management, crisis management, development of subordinates and human resource, raw material planning, problem identification, correction and prevention, team building, new project and product development, cost accounting etc. Candidate must have a technical background in either manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, textile engineering, rubber chemistry, or systems and quality assurance. We are looking for a hard working and highly committed individual who drives systems and the growth of the company.Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
