Responsible for Textile knitting and processing activities involving resource planning in process execution & development and co ordination with internal departments.Expertise in product development and controlling furnishing knits production operations for reputed clients. Process experience in fabric dyeing Yarn dyeing, Processing Responsible for Knitting, dyeing and finishing,Making plant with audit and buyer approval level.Responsible Handling about 520 people in the plantResponsible for productivity , turn over of the plant, infrastructure ,utility and material procurementProductivity planning. Maximum Utilisatisation of machine with cost saving process , conservation of energy and time.Daily checking of plant profitability in all area and making immediate corrective action.Capability of get sub contract order in the market to fulfil the capacity utilization.Giving strict instruction to get their required quality and to meet target.Responsible for handling entire Knits Dyeing finishing and Quality Plant.
