CA Qualified with Min 15 yrs of ExpereienceWe have an opening for Accounts & Finance Head with strong Accounting experience and good understanding of Taxation and Auditing work. Preference will be given to the candidates having Textile Industry Experience.Ensure proper and accurate maintenance of books of accountsEnsure accounting is done as per the proper accounting principles (amounts that need to be capitalized, debited/ credited as per defined guidelines)Finalization of accounts/preparation of Balance sheet, P&L statementChecking details of exceptions Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors and their Ledger AccountMonitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants. Credit ControlLiaison with Bank personnelPrepare daily / monthly budgeting and forecastingCompliance with Statutory auditors regarding audit and ITREnsure timely filling of TDS Returns, GST return, VAT & Income TAX etc.Handling internal / external audit and assist management with information to external auditors for annual audit of financial statementsMonitors cost and profit performance of all departments regularly and suggests corrective action wherever needed
