Job Description

Good Knowledge of Legal compliances related with PSPCL,
PPCB & CGWA.
Good Technical knowledge of HT(66KV) system.
Technical knowledge of Textile Machines and Textile process.
Positive attitude to achieve organization goals.
Less Power Consumption(Less Power per shift per spindle and
less UKG).
Zero Downtime.
RESPONSIBILITY/KEY DELIVERABLES Achieve department goals in alignment with Organizational
goals as per BSC
Help in optimizing savings through process improvements,
quality enhancements & development of new systems
Initiate and carry forward TPM initiatives by actively involving
all members
Achieve the team IPM rating/score set as target
To ensure the effectiveness and health of assets
To lead department for Best Performance & Successor
development.
All round development of the Team.
To help the sub ordinate in data analysis and problem
solving methodology .
To develop sub ordinate both in technical as well as
managerial skill so that they can take right decision
independently .
To reduce the cost of maintenance by reducing the
accelerated detoriation in the machine health .
To redesign the lay out and sequence of machinery ,
process parameters for better process flexibility .
To develop the new system , SOP and world class work
practice in maintenance in order to get better reliability ,
lesser mistake, better monitoring ,better life of spares and
to reduce non value added activities .
