Compliance Management: Collaborating with Business / Operations Team in maintaining and ensuring 100% compliance as per company policy in the Warehouse location by ensuring timely closure and action planningEnsuring adherence to various local laws and organizational systems & processes: Handling the obligatory compliances under various provisions of statutory laws (Submission of various returns with the help of central HR team, coordination with legal authorities under Labor Laws like PF, ESIC, Factories/ Establishment, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labor & Workman Compensation)Designing and implementing benefits, compliance related policies and working with the management to ensure its alignment with business needEmployee Grievance Management:Handling Employee Grievances, Conducting Domestic Enquiry and disciplinary proceedings and ensuring expeditious closure as per business requirementWorking with Business / Operations Team and all other stakeholders to address all types of employee relations issues and ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interestsSupporting HR team to resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of actionManaging large group concerns and avoid disruptive unionized atmosphereEffective Communication: Handling day to day employee queries and providing prompt resolutionsTo be a single point of contact for any communication that must be sent from the management to all employeesProviding ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and proceduresWorking closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retentionSmooth Payrolling and Attendance Processing:Managing New Joiners joining formalities and employee orientation processMaintaining proper and updated tracker of Employee Database, Attendance, Leaves and Payroll input data and sharing timely and accurate inputs to the HR TeamEnsuring that Biometric Attendance & Reports are aligned to physical / manual attendance and removing any discrepancies / misalignments to ensure error free payroll processingEnsuring 100% submission of joining kits to the HR Team and opening of Bank Accounts for New Joiners within the specified timeframeEnsuring correct employee-manager mapping and timely, meaningful and objective goal setting / upload process in HRIS while ensuring 100% coverage of employees from all warehouse locationsEnsuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelinesMiscellaneous:Coordinating with and assisting reporting managers for Mid-Year/ Annual Performance Reviews and Documentation as per framework and timelinesLead a team of HR professionalsContinually develop and engage front line managers / supervisors to improve people skillsEnsuring smooth employee exit process and completion of Full and Final Settlement in accordance with the Statutory LawsLead HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process efficiencies
