Ensures generation and submission of production reports to Management on monthly basis.Ensures generation and submission of Manpower report to Management on monthly basis.Handles Grievances of all employees in the factory.Handles Hiring process of Blue collar employees in the factory.Checking Attendance & OT on daily as well as monthly basis.Manages payroll and salary disbursement in the factory.Checking Salary & Wages on monthly basisChecking Attendance & Production Incentive department wise on monthly basisHandles Increment Process as per Increment CycleChecking Advance, Loan & Recovery on monthly basisHandles Leave & Bonus salary on yearly basisChecking Contractors Wages, Meter base & Job work bills on monthly basisChecking Venders Bills for payment on monthly basisFollow-up with H.O. of Venders, Contractors & Other payments as requirementManages petty cash at the factory.Arrange fund as requirement for factory expenses.Maintains Payment & Receipt Vouchers in SAP system.Maintains Cash book summary on monthly basis.Ensures approval and clearance of all bills and vouchers in the factory.Handles logistics of the factory.Checking Vehicle Maintenance & required Legal documents.Checking & manages House Keeping in the factory.Manages accommodation for company employees & Guest.
