Job Description
Will be responsible for Manpower planing, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, IR, PF & ESI, Social Compliance audit / Buyers audit, Employee Engagement,Grievances handling,Performance Management, Training & development etc. Provide support to managers and staff in the Factory in order to effectively manage issues of discipline and grievance in accordance with Company values,Policies, and procedures.Resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations.Liasoning and timely fulfillment of all statutory compliance of respective govt. authorities and maintain good rapport with them.Maintain administrative activities effectively to improve satisfaction level of internal customers.
