Experience in handling 800+ employees at factory levelStrong experience in grass route level recruitment (Tailors / Operators / Helpers)Strong experience in statutory compliance and Social Compliance.Strong experience in factory administration (joining formalities, enrolment under PF/ESI, monitoring bio-metric attendance system, Buyer compliance)Experience of min 5-6 years worked as Unit HR / Factory HR headExperience in handling Industrial Relations / Employee RelationsShould be able to handle 3-5 team members
