Job Description
Work as contributor for technical process configurations with an aim of 100% mobile integration.Co-ordinate technology interventions/ upgrades/ new developments (Learning Management, Career & Succession Planning, Compensation with TRS). Knowledge on Query Management, RCM & ONB will be preferredCo-ordinate with IT team to ensure technical requirements are metInterface with users & Core team to bridge gaps arising out of transition from legacy to automated processes.Support users in all locations with regard to queries / trouble shooting on the HRIS processes.Co-ordinate and ensure user support training.Co-ordinate / guide the HR Ops team to ensure uniform adherence to HR processes across locations.Track and improve upon online HR process compliance.Create user/ system manuals, FAQs and support documents for all concerned stakeholdersDrive usage and monitor ROI against launched modules
