Job Description
Need an Industrial Engineer with an experience of atleast 5 years in Men's and Women's woven shirts and dresses.Require an industrial engineering with the following qualities 1) who can do production planning and control, line balancing and follow up and ensure efficient and effective production process2) who has knowledge of all tools, workaids, machinery and other attachment in the sewing department to ensure that the production happens with highest quality with least amount of operations and operators at the floor level3) who can provide on the job training to the operators to improve their performance.4) Who can evaluate the performance of operators using SAM and other latest operator performance evaluation tools and who can accurately record these data and use them to identify inefficient and ineffective workers and improve their performance.5) who can recruit and train new operators6) who can fix production targets, monitor them and who can come up with corrective action in case there is any deviation or delay.7) who can communicate with all relevant departmental heads like production manager, cutting manager, quality controller and finishing in charge.
