Job Description
Overall responsibility of LFS target (Primary & Secondary).Responsible for secondary sales target achievement. Help the back-end team with primary sales by coordinating with LFS for POs and timely merchandise delivery.Managing team of 4 team leaders and 54 Sales promoters handling Premium Large format store like Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, and Home Town. Responsible of giving sales and product training to team leaders and sales promoters.Maintaining relationship with the Department Managers & Unit Heads for smooth functioning of business, better in-store placement etc.Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.Responsible for store Inventory management through mechanisms like IBT, RTV and promotions etcResponsible for maintaining the proper MDQ with Fill Plan in stores and doing the Visual Merchandising as per the season or festival.Competitor research and coordination with product development team & category to introduce new products. Responsible for MIS (weekly / monthly) and annual budgeting for primary & secondary sale.Responsible for new business development and open new SIS.Responsible for proper inventory control by sticking to the NWC norms to reduce RTVs. This is done by proper coordination with the merchandising team and processes like IBT etc. Being the first point of contact for priority customers and resolving any issues that they have.Coordinating with design team for design selection /approval.Handling Reconciliation of all three formats
