Job Description
Accountable for going through the day to day stock of grey . Ensure the orders on hand are confirmed ones after sample approval. If few orders are awaiting approval , follow up with marketing and expedite confirmation.Accountable for preparing the dye and chemicals requirements for the subsequent week on the basis of Lab to bulk recipe card. , cross verify and forward the request to Stores and ensure their stock in time.Accountable for achieving the targets set by the management from time-to-time and deviations should be properly documented with the problem solving techniques such as why-why analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions. Repetition of the errors in the same kind will be viewed seriously by the management as deemed to be fit.Accountable for going through the Delivery program for the day from ware house, grey stock availability and WIP on shop floor.Accountable for obtaining Shift Supervisors Prepare program slip for each machine for the days program including dye house, and ensure they carry out lab to bulk liquor preparation.Accountable for ensuring program implementation through shift supervisors.Accountable for educating the shift supervisors for a close follow up on in process inventory, and push them to get to the next level of operation.Accountable for presenting the exact data in the production meet, go through the previous days ware house Inspection report. Discuss problem areas with HOD and Unit head and institute the suggested corrective measures.Accountable for practice 4DX ,IMS and maintain documents for traceability. Implementation of 5S on shop floor.
