Job Description
To Check the Confirmation Recipe with ALD before releasing to the production To prepare Lab Dyeing plan as shadewise after coordinating with Production planning.To ensure the shade Fastness as per the buyer standard before issue to the production.To control the cost per kg of individual shades.To Ensure Right combination of dyestuffs to produce good quality.To ensure the quality of All inward dyes and ChemicalsTo coordinate with the Production head regarding the abnormalities found during Dyeing.To coordinate with HRD regarding labour related matter.To coordinate with Dyes and Chemiclas supplier for any quality issues.To analyze the complaints from the Buyer / production periodically.To prepare the relevant data of MIS and submit to management.To maintain the RFT of LTB as per target.To ensure the All Shade submission for Lab approval before to the Buyer.To ensure TQA lab testing procedures and maintaining records as per Buyer.
