Job Description

To review the Plan vs Actual Sampling /Production, reason of failure, action plan and implementation, analysis of all aspects.
Responsible for RFT in Sampling, Production, PP and analyse it.
Trials for RFT improvement for both Lab to Bulk & Bulk to Bulk .
Confirming the Non RFT shades in LAB.
Job Card Analysis (Recipe & Process Card).
Recording of recipes for future reference.
Recipe development of all new shades for Bulk Production and maintain its record for future reference.
To approve all the final recipes to be handed over to dyeing production.
Data bank preparation of all Lab-dips for future reference.
To ensure the shade Fastness as per the buyer standard before issue to the production.
To control the cost per kg of individual shades.
To conduct trials for cost affective recipe by introducing new dyestuffs and chemicals.
To conduct trials by optimizing different process in production.
To Ensure Right combination of dyestuffs to produce good quality.
To ensure the quality of all inward dyes and Chemicals.
To make sure the defined procedures and all the equipments in Lab are implemented and maintained.
Responsible for shade passing of production and sampling as per SOP.
Responsible for Standard confirmation for production and PP.
To review the output in quality aspects and make sure the required quality parameter is achieved in all the process.
To take follow up of color and Record library make up and guide the subordinates.
To make sure all the production and quality related data are entered, recorded and verified.
To train the supervisors and operators for better work efficiency and review their performance for their improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have thorough knowledge regarding :-
(a) Dyeing of cotton, polyester, nylon, acrylic, wool, regenerated cellulosic etc. in Fibre, Yarn, Hank and Fabric form.
(b) Yarn dyed fabric faults and yarn dyed fiber faults.
(c) Fabric Designs and how the dyed yarn shade affects the overall look.
(d)Testing procedures of Yarn and Fiber.
