Job Description
Preparing monthly MIS for which collecting and compiling data from SAP and other reports ;Analysis of monthly data for MIS data and putting into meaningful tables ;Comparison of monthly/quarterly MIS data with different bench marks and giving comments/remarks ;Doing ledger scrutiny for monthly/quarterly//annual accounts and MIS and correction entries into SAP ;Checking monthly bank recos and getting entries done into SAP system ;Checking monthly bank charges for its correctness and appropriateness and confirming to CFO about the same Scrutiny of CWIP every month and doing capitalisation after preparing complete docket for capitalisation ;Scrutiny of capital and revenue vendors and clearing balances on regular basis after obtaining bills from purchase dept.;Regular scrutiny of GR/IR and clearing GR/IR balances after talking to plants ;Full participation and co-operation in statutory audit, Internal audit and wherever required even in Income Tax audit. Preparing schedules, data for the same.Discussion with Internal Auditors and solving their queries and taking corrective actions on the same and reporting to CFO ;Arranging and getting done physical verification of assets ;Any other work/assignment/job given by CFO or Dept. Head from time to time which are not listed above.
