To Set up and manage a quality assurance system. Set targets for quality performance & Cost. Monitor performance against them and maintain recordsSet clear standards of acceptance at garment and operation level & communicate these to all personnel Manage an effective team of quality controller and develop their awareness and competency in quality control methodFactory quality cost performance Participate actively in the product development process to ensure that quality in built in the product Remain up to date with developments in quality management theory and practice and disseminate this throughout the organization Apply absolute discipline on quality assurance system and control
