Job Description

Ensuring the preventive maintenance activity.
Ensuring the Break down maintenance activity.
Break down analysis and control measure in the department.
Improve the life of spares.
Ensuring the spare parts inventory control.
Ensuring the needle police for the departments.
Effective control of day to day maintenance operations through close coordination with subordinates and other staff
Handling both internal as well as external communication.
Ensuring the provisions enunciated in the Quality Management System are implemented and complied at all levels in the Organization.
Establishing monitoring and Measurement activities to achieve the objectives and targets fixed from time to time.
Continual improvement.
Primary responsibility mentioned in the responsibility matrix for QMS, EMS & OHSAS to be followed for the effectiveness of IMS systems.
Ensuring Work place Safety.
Ensure the PPEs.
