RESPONSIBILITY/ KEY DELIVERABLES Ensure that Operators receive the necessary introduction and ongoing training to enable them to perform their duties in a safe and competent manner, with an emphasis on all safe working practices and procedures
Participate and carry forward MUSKAAN, SHAAN & ANAND initiatives by actively involving all members
Support subordinates to achieve targeted OEE of operations and OTIF%
Achieve the team IPM rating/score set as target
To work on Value Added product for increasing EBIDTA
To execute best production work practice, system and SOP of textile and their compliance in the unit.
To execute new system , SOP and world class work practice in Production
Take round of the deptt & ensure the effectiveness of the SOP,s
Check all quality issues and different types of wastages
To lead department for Best Performance & Successor development.
All round development of the Team.
