Job Description

Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation
Liaising with Creative, Media, PR & Research agencies for planning and implementation of varied activities to meet Biz.
Responsible for planning and implementing of Promotional Strategy, Media Buying, Development of communication collateral's, Content writing and Digital Marketing.
Managing the redesign of the company website.
Taking care of photo shoots
LinkedIn marketing, managing director's and founder's LinkedIn profile, adding connections, promotional messages to potential leads, appointment generation
Creating database for architects from various online and offline channels
Scouting for potential candidates for varied job positions as and when required
Scouting for various marketing agencies to outsource marketing.
Appointment generation through email marketing by managing all store head's email id's.
Posting ads on various online channels to offload dead stock.
