Sales Strategy (Customer and Geography de-risking) Grow sales for the market by driving resources to attain sales and profitability targets by de-risking customer and geography/location/region concentration Increase NSR by focusing on product innovation Execute strategies that ensure maximum profitability (based on EBITDA and NSR, tonnage targets set by COO Home Textiles) Promote the domestic Trident bands by strong marketing activities in the domestic market Identify potential customers in the domestic market based on marketing intelligence and study the size and characteristics of the market, and assess the competitive, economic, social and political forces affecting growth or decline Oversee and execute sales & marketing infrastructure and processes to access and study all possible enquiries floated in the market Ensure proper visibility of Trident Limited within a the concerned market to increase brand recall Sales Planning and Execution Planning and distribution of sales targets to the sales team Tracking daily sales, performing gap analysis vis--vis targets and take corrective actions Ensuring achievement of targeted MOM growth and YTD growth targets Explaining the field force in each market about the Inputs/ Schemes given from HO on each Brand Circulate various tracking reports like DSRs etc
