Urgent Recruitment of Merchandiser Manager for high fashion garment export house. who can Managing all the merchants and overlooking their respective accounts on a daily basis.Dealing with buying houses and buyer one on one and doing Costing to finalize styles.Educating the merchants of the buyer they are dealing with and helping them in confirmations t seal orders and new sampling.Developing and implementing new procedures and formats for the betterment of the team.Dealing and handling all buyer related problems both internal and external.Enhancing the communication skills of the team across the board for all departments organizing meetings and setups for buyers.Check for Regular buyer and agency feed backs for the betterment of the team.Educating the team of its responsibilities and role play in the organization.Can all the production Plan and T & As for all the buyers and also the line plans priority wise for production. Make all the planning for bead work and embroidery to meet production deadlines.TNAs and other monitoring systems (flow charts) for the smooth flow of styles. Production Planning with production team and helping in achieving timely Deliveries.
