Job Description

Review new inquires daily.
Convert regular inquiries to orders, via the PPC checklist.
Act as the connection between marketing and production for orders processing and product delivery.
Draws up/updates master plans to ensure delivery schedules.
Ensures all forecasts and strategic stock orders are Incorporated in all purchases and planning.
Monitors all micro plans and changes for it’s effect in macro plan and vice versa.
Check order status report daily to ensure all executions are as per the plan.
Daily conference call with plant planners to understand the ground reality, anticipate any delay vis-à-vis the plan, and take necessary steps, update macro plan.
Ensure all adequate deliberations and instructions are given for all planned production of deviation products.
Monitor and observe all supporting functions to manufacturing are working as per SOP in coordination with each other for PRODUCT DELIVERY AND SCHEDULE AND TIME ADHERENCE and inform director if any lack is observed.
