Extensive work on International Markets
Building quality standards for the existing and future products
Creating a distinct road map for products and catalogs
Ideate concepts based on newer developements to revolutionarise product developement.
Liaison with the operation team to maintain regular Quality Check Standards
Liaison with the vendor on field and training them to produce the same (requires constant field work)
Liason with the Design Team for Market research, sourcing and procurement
Product Costing and working towards cost effectiveness
