Must have experience in garment industry.Production Feasibility & Risk Analysis.Buyers handled.Implementing Processes and systems as per garment industry best practices and ensuring the same are followed through.Working knowledge of pattern and grading of patterns, marker planning for optimum consumption.Production planning and style allocation to meet deadlinesCalculating operation cost.Line balancing to ensure proper flow of material.Ensure optimum productivity with minimum alteration.Analysis and follow up with quality reports, and daily production report and provide corrective as well as preventive actions.Coordinating with merchandiser, supervisors, jobworkers and other concerned departments.
