Job Description

To independently manage and run the complete cut sew and pack operations
Co-ordinate with PPC, Merchandising, Stores
Manage and Lead a team of production supervisors ( cutting, stitching, inspection, folding, ironing & packing )
Ensure sufficient manpower is available.
Ensure production carried out as per plan of PPC.
Issue material requisition for production line and get it from stores.
Ensure online quality of highest standards as per global standards
Control 3rd party manufacturing (job work) on our nominated factories.
On completion of each and every PO, calculate fabric and accessories consumption and submit it to ERP / MIS department.

Eligibility Criteria

Should have good leadership quality and excellent communicator.
Good planner, can work under pressure
Strong man management and can motivate people to deliver quantity and quality.
Complete knowledge of MS office, Excel, internet.
10 - 15 years experience in production of Textile Made Up / Home Textile
( sheets, fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, quilt, embroidered products, comforters , dec pillows OR from garment manufacturing unit having international brand exposure ) in a export oriented company and have done work for major US and European brands and retailers.
