Job Description
Maintaining the purchase policy and ensuring that all purchases are in line with the policy. Choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them.Managing any SLAs (Service Level Agreements) that may be in place and managing any Master Agreements between the suppliers and the company regarding Price, Quality and suppliesComplete knowledge on SAP MM module.Planning the Purchase: Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies. Raising POs and Send them to the suppliers.Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.Review deliveries against the orders and Track the status of all pending orders.Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting, manufacturing and stores departments.Implement procurement cost saving projects Adhere to Health and Safety, Quality and other legal requirements.Review inventories, slow moving & dormant stock and adhering to TargetGood vendor management Skills & addressing vendor related grievance on time Produce and maintain all the purchasing related reports.
