Job Description

Developing & adherence to procedures and quality plans.
Record, analyze, report and control as per quality plan for inward, In process and final rejections.
Establishing of supplier standards and maintenance of test certificates for all raw materials in coordination with purchase.
Capturing of in process data & carrying out analysis to reduce the in process rejections by coordinating with internal CFT team.
Developing of master sample for in process & Final inspection.
Responsible for Maintaining 3rd party test reports for products.
First piece approval to be given to production team during the start of each batch or control unit.
Monitoring of AQL standard in each production process.
Giving timely quality inputs against violation of quality plans.
Carrying out the validation report for all the new products.
Guide the team for meeting the product quality standards.
Implementation of ERP in Quality related functions.
Implementing quality management systems in line with ISO 9001:2015
