Job Description

Take the overall management of QC team management (including R&D, textile, Finish Good, whole vertical supply chain)
Develop, analyze and report on statistical data of current quality and give predictive suggestions; Improve the whole quality assurance processes
Take part in new products/ technology development, defining quality procedures and control plan
Work directly with QCs & operations to ensure procedures and capabilities can meet our quality requirements
Take part in big quality issues, finding the root cause and make a process to avoid recurring
Coach, mentor, train, motivate and supervise QE team members; and influence them to take positive actions and to be accountability for their respective work.

Job experience as process qa with process control statistical knowledge & quality managing background.
Lean production system knowledge & certification added advantage
Leadership in inspiring & influencing people mindset to drive zero defect through total quality mgt.
Positive attitude & self-motivator with team player spirit.
Analytical & critical thinker
Ability to lead a team of quality engineer to improve mfg. process through process audit & ISO audits. (Familiar with 14001)
