Job Description

Responsible for managing distributors across Kerala & Tamil Nadu for lingerie business
Expand sales presence through the appointment of Distributors & Dealers
Ensure proper sales management and order distribution
Appropriate credit and risk management
Recruit, train and retain sales staff
Continuous market research and feedback
Review secondary and primary sales report
Analyze the performance of dealers/distributors and propose innovative sales improvement methods.
Coordinate marketing and sales promotion activities
Manage the revenue target for each territory and region
Work in line with product development team and propose new products/launches
