Sampling Coordinator/Product Developer/Customer Support.dtpIn case of new customers it is the responsibility of the C.S.Executive to send Know Your Customer(KYC) Form to the customer & submit the duly filled up form to the accounts section after getting it reviewed from the TL/CRM/CSE HeadImplement the QMS procedure for Order Processing as defined.C.S. Executive is responsible for processing all the orders through the system (SAP) by providing the required information to DTP operator. Review of the pending order status in SAP and follow up with the PPC for timely dispatch of material.Handling of Customer Complaint as per defined QMS procedure.Collection of customer feedback at defined intervals as defined in the QMS procedure to understand the customer perceptions regarding the product quality and services.Collection of data related to key performance indicators and sending the same to the team leader for analysis.Proper record keeping including records and references of sample approval received from customer / Byers.Disposal of old Records as per the instruction of team leader.Receiving and Forwarding the any additional information / documents / test reports demanded by the customer to the team leader for further action.
