Job Description

Generation of regular reports related to status of order which is at different production stages.
Regular team meeting/ co-ordination with buyers on all aspects related to the order.
Ensures adherence to production plan and re-plan if required
Monitors inventory of yarn and fabric
Sets monthly dispatch targets and monitors the same
Reviews and monitors the Manufacturing and Packaging Schedule during scheduling period to ensure schedule supports expected release dates
Co-ordination with quality control/Quality assurance/Warehouse for in-process and finished goods batch release
Co-ordinate with manufacturing excellence team to drive opportunities for lead time improvement and batch size increases
