Job Description
Responsible for the entire process activities in Sewing Operations.Effective control of day to day operations through close coordination with subordinates and other staffs.On-time delivery in Full.To maintain optimum WIP.To work towards and achieve the Management Annual budgetary plan.Detailed planning and execution of Daily / Weekly / Monthly activitiesHandling both internal as well as external communication.Organizing Meetings and preparing minutes of meeting.Ensuring the provisions enunciated in the Quality Management System are implemented and complied at all levels in the Organization.Establishing monitoring and Measurement activities to achieve the objectives and targets fixed from time to time.Conducting Internal Audits by trained personnel and the reported non- conformities reported are investigated and corrective action taken to prevent recurrence.Reporting customer complaints, Audit results and other performance levels during Management Review.Continual improvement.To adhere to the requirements of EMS & OHSAS.Ensure Workplace Safety.Ensure the PPEs.
