Job Description

Ensure that all collections as well as entries related to sales and customers are passed in the
books of account on time.
Circulation of weekly / monthly outstanding report and coordination with sales teams on
collection of the same
Ensure all customer accounts are reconciled on a period basis and outstanding items related to
account reconciliation with various partners are done time to time, proactively.
Implement internal controls in the function
Financial Reports / MIS
Prepare financial statements P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow as well as MIS reports for review
by Senior Management
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly dashboards as well as Retail profitability
Analyze the performance against approved Annual Operating Plan
Analyze store performance and prepare dashboards to the management to decide on
operation / closure of non-performing stores

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: CA (1st or 2nd attempt only)
Minimum 3 years of work experience in preparation of financial statements and coordination with
statutory auditors
Should be proficient in MS- Excel and have good understanding of accounting standards
Analytical - ability to convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies, and actionable plans.
Superior Critical Thinking and Problem Solving - resourceful at achieving objectives or results
despite obstacles. Able to sort through complex information to identify the core issues and develop a
plan of action to resolve them.
Strong communication and influence skills clear, concise, and persuasive in style. Ability to build
strong relationships with agency, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
Energized by an entrepreneurial environment self reliant/proactive and has a pioneering spirit.
Takes initiative and follows-through on commitments to achieve results
