HR Policies and Systems Payroll Management Handling the Payroll and BMS software for Salary, Bonus, Leave, Loan calculations and other statutory compliance like EPF, ESIC & PTMaintaining Employee Record Files and MIS Report Overall implementation of Company Policies as well as Employees KRA & KPI administration To analyze and fulfil the manpower requirement by sourcing externally as well as internally End-to- End Joining and Induction Process as well as facilitating the on-boarding process Employee Engagement & Welfare Management: Organizing annual/biannual events/celebrations and fun-filled HR initiatives Ensuring amicable working environment and providing the feedback regarding the same to the management Conducting Exit Interview Full and Final Settlement Procedure Issuing Formal Documents/Letters/Certificates
