Job Description

Grievance handling, Domestic enquiries, Welfare of employees, Statutory / Non statutory compliances under various acts like: - E.P.F., E.S.I., Factory Act etc.
Statutory compliance under various Act & Rules license renewals etc. Liaison with Govt. officials PF, ESI, Factories Inspector.
Verification of Contract Laborers records, files and ensuring PF & ESIC deductions of contract laborers.
Statutory compliance under various Act & Rules license renewals etc. Liaison with Govt. officials PF, ESI, Factories Inspector.
Managing the implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation for new employees in the organization.
Lionizing with the labour department / Inspector of Factories and other statutory bodies in obtaining PF Code no. ESI code no. For new established, obtaining certification for standing orders and factory plan approval, factory License renewal yearly with form no 2 (Oct 31), sending annual return in form 20, half yearly in form no 21
Recruitment process for all levels, Counseling the absentees and resolving minor grievances.
