Job Description
Will be responsible for sales of growth of the area. Achieving the Primary and Secondary Target. Implement effective sales & marketing strategies for sales growth.Responsible for Sales Growth in respective zones Achieve volume targets (Month wise/Qtr wise breakup), focus brand & pack targets. Drive ground level marketing initiatives through Trade Marketing / Marketing.Leading the sales team( SO/ASM/) in achieving their targetsManaging the stakeholders of the business(distributors and agents)Recognize market forces and trends very quickly in the assigned Zone, constantly monitor competition activities & bring in the necessary inputs to drive growthsRecommend Trade marketing plan for his area in consultation with his Internal and External stakeholders and coordinating the same.Formulate Sales strategies specific to Zone - sales growth, adopting/ implementing systems & best practices, distribution, cost reduction, capability building of sales team integrated with Marketing strategies, developing GTMs.
