Job Description
Effectively supervise employees and operations of the store.Optimize sales through managing and motivating sales team. Maintaining excellent quality of service.Leading team by example on the sales floor and meeting the set target.Implement procedures and systems to enhance sales- training on follow up of leads andto close salesBuilding relationship with clients, as well imparting brand and product awareness (CRM)Training - Working closely with Sale Associates and training them on brand values, softskills, product knowledge and sales technique.Stock management Maintaining stock levels and balancing stock between stores andwarehouse. Also, conduct inventories and consolidate them. To make sure stock isdisplayed, stored and maintained well.Store Maintenance Maintaining a clean store. Ensuring proper visual merchandising windowand in-store displays. Interacting with vendors to get necessary work done.Supervising all entries in the Retail Management System. Generating reports asnecessary. Performing opening and closing responsibility as required.After Sales handling dissatisfied (difficult) clients
