Grow sales for the Europe market by driving resources to attain sales and profitability targets in such a way so as to de-risk customer and geography concentration.Execute strategies ensure maximum profitability (based on EBITDA and NSR, tonnage targets set by COO Home Textiles)Execute brand alliances with Europe hyper markets and retails stores.Identify potential customers and orders based on marketing intelligence.Ensure proper visibility of Trident Limited within the Europe market to increase brand recallEnsuring achievement of targeted MOM growth and YTD growth targets.Responsible for the Commercial aspects of sales stocks, collections and overdues.Review/recommend/suggest pricing depending on the value of the deal and the quantity of purchase.Execute channel strategies and mix, manage the relationships with key channel partners (e.g. Agents/ dealers) to drive profitability and growth (maximize sales realizations)
